Pro stand-up comedy showcase show—see a bunch of different comics who we think are good!
We’re different than the mainstream comedy clubs; here’s why to choose us over the comedy cellar (and others):
- there is no drink minimum (we don’t force you to spend $75 dollars on drinks and mediocre food)
- our tickets & drinks are more affordable (even other clubs with no drink minimums have really over-priced drinks and tickets to make up for it)
- we try to book people who are funny and/or promising; most clubs only book people who can sell tickets on the street or bring their friends to shows (we don't do any of that, as it leads to low quality shows where only the best sales-people get on stage).
- while we aren’t excessively woke, we aim to book comics who don’t “punch down” and who aren’t disrespectful/tasteless/hacky. We favor comics who are authentic, self-aware, and sincere (and of course funny).
- the vibe and aesthetic of the club is much more intimate—at a bigger club you won’t feel like a part of the show as much.
- to discover and support talented up and coming comics before they’re massively successful
Staff review: We book this stand-up comedy show ourselves so we are a little biased (most other shows are booked by independent comedians). Our process is that we just try to choose the comics who get the most laughs at our venue—so it’s kind of a “best of” show of sorts!
Note that tickets at the door are $20, so buy online to save!

A mystery comedian (or a few) will work out their long headliner show as practice for their upcoming live special.
Show up, watch a comic develop their big Netflix or other streaming hour (hopefully; this is often aspirational; and sometimes for real, but we have had comics in the past who now have Netflix specials and other streaming specials).
in nyc, it is extremely rare to watch comics do long sets in intimate rooms, outside of big arenas.
be surprised at who it is, and be supportive.

Staff review: Late night rowdy Friday night energy. A mix of very high quality comics with great credits and the best indie up and comers. We ran a rooftop festival with the producers of this show and had over 400 people in attendance throughout the weekend. Featured in Timeout as one of NYC’s hottest shows—this show has featured pretty much all the NYC comedy stars you may have heard of (Sam Morrill, Mark Normand, Mary Beth Barone, Nimesh Patel, Joe List, Corrinne Fisher, Emma Willman etc.)
